Eye of the Sea BagThis hand-crocheted and washing machine felted bag is one of my favorites! Instead of dreadlocks like my other bags, this one is finished with silky eye-lash yarn. The bag is approximately 7 inches or 18 cm long and the shoulder strap is 47.5 inches or 121 cm long (so the bag will hang approximately 23 inches from the top of your shoulder). |

Earth Spirit BagThe strap is 34 cm or 13.5 inches long; the pouch itself is 15 cm or 6 inches long. The pouch closes with a front flap that is held in place by it's own weight. The dreadlocks as well as the bag itself are 100% wool. The brass-coloured beads are plastic, all others are glass. |
Ocean Spirit BagThe dreadlocks as well as the bag itself are 100% wool while the green and gold ties are cotton and polyester yarn. The strap is 35.5 cm or 14 inches long; the pouch itself is 16 cm or 6.5 inches long not including the dreads. The pouch closes by wrapping the front tie around the glass bead. Violet BagThis bag is also crocheted with wool yarn and then felted in the washer and dryer. The "dreadlocks" were added after the crocheting so that the additional yarn would form the dreadlocks. |
My bags
are hand-crocheted and then felted using the washing machine and dryer. I next add buttons, beads, decorative threads, etc. Each bag is unique and, if you don't see one here in the colours you like, you can email me with a request for a custom bag. NOTE: each bag is priced at 65 US dollars. Some of the bags are larger and some have more beading than others but they are all hand-crafted and represent many hours of work!
